(More customer reviews)Have had this now for three years.It adjusts easily and can be slid around your hip for easy access to the rear pocket. I also like the reflective striping on the bag so when I'm biking or walking it can be seen from behind as it gets dark. Not sure how it would work for running but also works great when I roller blade.
I use the front pouch for my lipbaum and smaller tube of sunscreen, the rear net pocket holds my Verizon flip phone and the water bottle holder next to the netting holds up to a 24 oz water bottle easily.The back zipper pocket holds my license, keys, gum or lollies, even my small mp3 player.You can go for hours and be glad you have all the necessities with you.
