(More customer reviews)...your money on this product. While the kettlebell is a fine product the DVD is terrible! There are no explanations how to even properly hold the kettlebell and the technique is not discussed at all. The exercises are performed at a very fast pace and without prior description of the exercise. So if you are looking for a light kettlebell go ahead and purchase this set, but throw the DVD in the trash. It might be actually harmful to your health to follow the advice from this DVD if you are not familiar with proper kettlebell technique. And another strange thing: the models on this DVD do not wear shoes while exercising with the kettlebells. I hope they never drop a kettlebell on their feet...

Including Valeo 13" balance disk, a hard foam 6" balance roller, and one 7/8 12"x48" pine board(Lowes) I shaped down to 36", stained, and added $5 grip tape(skateboard) to make my Kids custom Balance Board. We love it. I weigh 195lbs. and it supports me well. Great exercise while watching t.v..

(More customer reviews)I bought this to use on my desk chair to improve my posture and make working at my desk less sedentary.Because you have to subtly but constantly work at maintaining your position your muscles will definitely feel it until you get used to it.All in all I'm very happy with it and it was worth the price just for the laughs the first time I sat on it!
