(More customer reviews)Kimberly Spreen is becoming one of my favourite instructors.She's outgoing and motivating.This workout is a blast and you're having so much fun that you don't realise that you're almost done until you find yourself at the cool down.
There are two techniques here; fat burning cardio and (using a body bar) aerobic/toning exercises.Each are kickboxing orientated and she talks to you like she's truly your boxing coach.There are all the usual type of moves like jabs and kicks and punches, and then you move onto the body bar section where you use the bar like you are striking an opponent.To finish off, there is the toning section with weights.
Again, Kimberly is a great instructor and she gets you through it in a nice encouraging way.This is fun to do and gets you sweating and feeling it the next day.The ab section is good - you really get an all over workout with this dvd and that's why I do this three times a week.It's a great change to all my step workouts.I recommend this to almost everyone except for beginners.
