(More customer reviews)Although the name is a bit misleading (there's nothing "cable" related on this bar) the product is exactly as it looks in the picture.This bar allows you to curl heavy weights without putting pressure on arm tendons.It adjusts to your natural grip and targets the bicep very well. I highly recommend this bar to anyone who has trouble with pain when curling with a standard W bar.
