(More customer reviews)The kettlebell is comfortable to use, well balanced and much easier on the hand than raw metal.However, many exercises require pairs, and this is a single one.The enclosed DVD shows some so-so single bell exercises, but no doubles.It's a good starter program, but doesn't offer a serious workout.
With that in mind, the bell itself is very competitively priced and good quality.
