(More customer reviews)This was purely an impulse buy.Filling the ball took about 10 minutes.You have to keep "burping" it to get more water to go in.Have some patience!
There is no hype, no long instructions, just a color poster with a small amount of instructions under each picture. It says do 2 sets of 15 reps for each picture.I have not exercised for awhile.I start and stop my exercises all the time.So, presently, I am not fit.Let me just say that I only did one set of repetitions and it kicked me!This is great cardio and core strength.I will be sore tomorrow.I think you could expand on these exercises, or use it before a walk or a run.It is simple, no fancy dance steps or annoying people talking to you on a DVD. And it doesn't take an hour.I will use this in the morning before work!It's perfect!

(More customer reviews)So, i was expecting the 65cm ball to be about chair height. but its definitely not. it looks like a small ball not the medium size ball. its def. too small for me. i can not substitute it for a chair. so that just pretty much defeated the purpose of this ball. i guess i can still use it for exercise.
other then that, the package came ok, but there were spots on it like it had fell in some oil/wet stuff. there was a pump but it was covered in oily liquid which is gross. good thing was that they included 3 plugs for the hole, which is good in case you need more i guess.

i just wish it was bigger. ive had exercise balls in the past before and i always get medium, but this just seems too small to be medium.

(More customer reviews)I must be honest: the only reason I don't give these five stars is because of my own expectations. I thought--because these are essentially the same price--that these were the weighted bands used in Billy Blanks' Boot Camp videos, and these are not them. These have no weights in the handles, and they appear to be a bit "lite" (this spelling used intentionally) and cheap compared to the actual "Billy Bands". But, truth be told, my workout buddy has the real Billy Bands and they have both broken on him during workouts. My cheap-looking non-weighted bands have, so far anyway, held up. So I am a bit disappointed that, for about the same price as the Billy Bands, I didn't get the added weight in the handles. But other than that, these babies have done the job. So I bought some weighted gloves to use with them, and now I'm set.
