(More customer reviews)I just recently got a new spinning bike and a few workouts to go along with them.I opted to get this one because I have had some other workouts by Mindy in the past and liked them.Mindy is a very enthusiastic and professional instructor.I originally looked at getting some Spinervals DVD's instead, but they are a lot more expensive and they just don't seem to have the fun factor I was looking for.

I have done this workout twice now.The first time I skipped the last segment to shorten the workout to about 45 minutes.The next time I did the workout the whole way through.I burned 650 calories doing the complete program.This workout is fantastic!The setting is great.Mindy is solo and its set on a beach in California.Mindy really does it all throughout the hour.She varies the intensity, gives awesome mental imagery (at one point you have to pass a pack of elite riders), and really pushes you to give it your all.I find myself smiling and really having a lot of fun.At one point near the second half, she asks you to look at your settings and says "Would I be proud of you?Are you proud of you?"

I consider myself high intermediate / advanced and let me tell you, this workout is TOUGH, but in a good way.I can't wait to do it again!I highly recommend this workout to anyone looking to get the most out of their spinning bike without the dread factor.
