(More customer reviews)These cards have been great for my dad, as he has wanted to get in better shape.The exercises are easy enough for him to do around the house, and he can do as many or as few as he feels up for.I got myself a deck and we do a card or two while watching TV, when commercials come on.He is gaining strength and stamina, and his posture is improving.
