(More customer reviews)I got the One Size frame with the Red Fototec Lenses (they are actually High-Speed red, but that isn't stated)I am a cyclist who trains in almost all weather conditions, and these glasses helped me see without having to own multiple pairs of glasses or lenses. I never found a point where they weren't light enough or dark enough. On the cloudiest rainy days they helped keep the mud and grit out of my eyes, and still provided easy visibility. On the sunniest, brightest days I never found a point where the tint was too light, blocking out enough sun where I could see clearly despite the blazing sun.

The red tint really helps when cycling. Especially valuable where I live, it mutes greens so you aren't overwhelmed and enhances contrast so you can see potholes and cracks in the road much more easily.

The only con I have found is that the change period from different lights is more than the prescribed 30 seconds. Its more like a minute, but their tests might have been having no sun to a blazing sun.

In short, they work very well, and I would recommend them to anyone.
