The DVD was good (I kind of skimmed it causealready have a Routine) The mat was really good, cause the room I work out in has cement floors and this mat was twice as thick as my last one. The thing that stood out the most where the yoga blocks they where super usefull and I now can add a few new Yoga Poses to my routine. I think this kit is worth the price just for the blocks alone but the mat and DVD are a great bonus!!
