(More customer reviews)This works great on my son's "Dick's version" Diamondback Response XE mountainbike. The Dick's Sporting Goods version is only a 7-speed, and the freehub on that bike will not take all 8 gears, but if you use just the black 11-tooth cog with the six fixed cogs, you get a 7-speed, 11-34t cassette, and it's a 5-minute swap. No derailleur adjustments were necessary on my son's bike. We were riding within 15 minutes after I started the swap.
