(More customer reviews)I have used callanetics years ago (before DVD) and loved it. I can't remember why I stopped but ended up with back problems years after stopping. My doctors say I need to exercise but was afraid because of my back injury.Then I remembered Callanetic.So glad I was able to find it on DVD.I received the DVD within a reasonable time and am satisfied with the quality of the DVD. No scratches, good quality sound, etc.
