(More customer reviews)Sherman delivers another excellent indoor cycling workout with clear cues, attention to form and explanation of interval training.Because of the nature of the workout (speed intervals or strength intervals) it is not easy to keep your heart rate in the target zone.I did the warm up and speed section which lasts about 30 minutes.Approximately 12 of those minutes were within the target zone.The floor portion is conducted with clear directions and preparatory exercises.It mainly focuses on balance and core work, using an exercise ball, medicine ball, mat, and resistance bands.You can mix and match exercises to customize your workout because the segments are designed to be self-contained or done as a continuous workout experience.Two other cyclists join Sherman on the ride.They say nothing.
