Smith.The music differs from that of the LeanWalk and Walkfit workouts; while still instrumental, its more mellow tunes create a soothing and relaxed atmosphere while one walks.This is not, however, a lazy workout; in each of the two workouts the walking pace begins at a very easy pace, then works up to 3 or 4 quick-paced tunes, while Smith provides motivating commentary.I use this workout in between use of the interval workouts on the other Smith CDs, and it provides an hour of pleasant and beneficial walking.Highly recommended.
