(More customer reviews)The rings are thick and easy on the hands.Not slippery or rough on the hands.It's very easy to adjust the height of the rings and it stays in it's place wherever you hook it up to.You can do many ring exercises safely and easily.My only complaint is that it's a major major pain to put together.Getting the thin rope through the ring adjuster was hell
