It offers a wide variety of exercises for an affordable price. All the components work pretty well together. I was surprised at how much I can do with so little. I like the fact that Natural Fitness plants a tree for every product sold. Pretty cool that they incorporate eco-friendly materials too. I own a few products by this company and they have all been great.
